Shipping policy

We currently ship all orders to addresses within Slovenia, Croatia, and Northern Italy.

Order Processing Time

Due to the made-to-order nature of each candle, processing and preparation of your order may take up to 7 business days from the receipt of payment.
We strive to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made in the following ways:

  • By credit card (via the secure PayPal or Shopify Payments system)

  • By bank transfer (prepayment) – in this case, we will begin processing your order after the payment has been received.

Delivery and Shipping Costs

Delivery is carried out by our contracted shipping partner.
The shipping cost is displayed at checkout and is automatically added to the total order amount.
In the case of personal pickup (if available), you will be notified by email about the pickup option and time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if provided by the delivery service.
