WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
The buyer (consumer) has the right, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), to withdraw from a contract or an order concluded remotely within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the buyer receives the goods.
The buyer must notify the seller of the withdrawal in writing, to the email address info@lualuxe.eu or by any other unequivocal statement clearly indicating the intention to withdraw from the contract.
Items sent back to us without prior notice of return will not be accepted.
Within 14 days of giving notice of withdrawal, the buyer must return the goods to the company in undamaged, unused condition and in the original quantity to the following address:

You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal. However, the company reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned product is received or until the buyer provides proof that the product has been sent back.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.

The company assumes no responsibility for any damage or issues that may arise from improper use of our products or services. We are also not responsible for any interruptions or malfunctions of the website, inaccurate information, or any consequences arising from the use of incomplete or incorrect data.
In the case of significant errors in the offer, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract or cancel the order. Such errors include obvious pricing mistakes, which may occur due to technical issues or other reasons and could affect the conclusion of the contract.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
The buyer may exercise their rights in the event of material defects in the product or if they receive an incorrect item, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
The buyer may claim this right if they notify the seller of the defect no later than two months after discovering it. In the notice, the buyer must accurately describe the nature of the defect and allow the seller to inspect the product.
If the product does not have the properties required for its normal use, or the properties known or specially agreed upon for specific use, and the buyer has timely notified the seller of the defect, they may request repair of the defect, a proportional price reduction, replacement of the product, or a refund.
The seller bears the costs incurred due to the material defect.
EXCEPTIONS / ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
14-DAY RETURN PERIOD IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
Regardless of the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when received — unworn or unused, with all tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
